  1.        Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

  3. All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
  4. alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
  5. for a description of the format allowed here.  To make it easier for people
  6. to read the printer sequences, I have used blanks to separate characters,
  7. and commas to separate multi-character printer commands.  Most of these
  8. delimiters are not required by the routine which reads this file.

  10. Generated from a donated copy of a printer manual, but not tested.

  14.   \e : = 12 characters per inch
  15.   \e \0 = 8 lines per inch
  16.   0xf = 17.1 characters per inch
  17.   \e S 0 = superscript mode
  18.   \e \3 18 = 18/216 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  19.   0x18 = 10 characters per inch
